This week we held the BSSH Instructional Courses in Hand Surgery. These are now in their 18th year; delegates and faculty convene in Manchester twice a year to learn about all aspects of Hand Surgery. Here I was with President Dai Newington delivering a mock examination to a senior surgeon in training. I believe these events which are delivered by all experts free of charge, are vital to continuation of high standards for the future of Hand Surgery.
