ELBOW CONDITIONS

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome can present as a sensation of numbness, tingling and pain in the little and ring finger due to compression of the ulnar nerve either at the elbow, wrist or along its course in the forearm.

Elbow stiffness is the inability to fully bend or straighten the arm and is usually caused by arthritis.

Golfer’s elbow is an inflammatory condition that occurs due to repeated overuse of the forearm muscles. Patients mainly experience pain at the bony prominence at the inner aspect of the elbow known as the medial epicondyle. Golfer’s elbow is also referred to as medial epicondylitis.

Tennis elbow is an inflammatory condition that occurs due to repeated overuse of the forearm muscles. Patients mainly experience pain at the bony prominence at the outer aspect of the elbow known as the lateral epicondyle. Tennis elbow is also referred to as lateral epicondylitis.
